About Me

The boat is a 1959 Herters Quebec. It was in very bad condition. Had to refiberglass the botton and the transom. The bottom now has several coats of graphite. The interior has new seats constructed of native white oak. She is powered by a 1958 Johnson 18 HP. Presently have a 1968 Johnson 20 HP electric start that is being prepaired for everyday use. the Johnson 18 HP will be used for AOMCI events and classic boat events. The trailer had to be discarded. A newly rebuilt one now carrys her. The trailer rebuild was featured in Duckworks Magazine.
